Mail in the islands remains on "island time" and can be very slow. Calling on the phone or sending a fax is the quickest way to reach us, but can be a bit expensive. Email is fast, free and you will get your answer as soon as we, hopefully, receive it. Mail takes its time, but will get here eventually. Please make sure to build in an extra week or two, just in case. The BVI are on Atlantic Standard Time.
